Shoe. The shoes were given to me by Paddy , who bought them by mail order and found she couldn't get into them. Very pretty, but not very comfortable

 Pine cone. I picked this up while out walking the dogs

 Banana. I eat a banana every day with other fruit and nuts, so usually have them

 Dog. I think I bought this plaster dog in the Sunday Market in Sabinillas. It's one of a pair that I have. The other is a Dalmation

 Jug. This jug is part of my collection of pottery from the 1930s and 40s. Most of the things are from markets or junk shops. This may have come from the Portobello when I lived in London

 Varnish. This is a bottle of picture varnish or retouching varnish , which I use quite a lot if I'm painting ontop of dry paint , so the second layer doesn't sink into the first
